A rejoining node serves reads for the ranges it already holds and takes writes for all of them — clients do not need to know which is which.

Notes

eu-b1 was restarted for a kernel update and is streaming ranges back; it should be level within the hour.
Eviction on session:* is running warmer than usual — the keyspace is close to its memory budget, see keyspaces.
Client libraries below 2.3 reconnect on every eviction storm; upgrade is recommended.
